Users flocked to Twitter after the Meta-owned apps went down, with Mark Zuckerberg and Meta trending. Memes mocking the situation, including references to Akshay Kumar\'s movie and Mr. Bean, circulated widely. Elon Musk joined in with a meme in response to a Meta spokesperson, adding to the humor surrounding the outage, considered the most significant of 2024.
