A suspected Ukrainian kamikaze drone attack targeted an apartment block in St. Petersburg, triggering a giant explosion with at least 15 apartments damaged on all five floors. The attack was aimed at a nearby oil depot and key defence facilities in the vicinity, resulting in no casualties but the evacuation of 100 people. This incident follows a series of events including detainment of mourners at Putin foe Alexei Navalny\'s funeral, with chants for Russia without Putin and an end to the war in Ukraine.
