Fatal Bus Accident in Eastern Germany on A9 Highway

At least five people were killed and several others were injured in a bus accident on the A9 highway near Leipzig, eastern Germany. The bus came off the highway for unknown reasons, closing the highway in both directions. Rescue helicopters and ambulances responded to the scene. The accident occurred at about 9:45 a.m., with no immediate information on the bus\'s origin or destination. The A9 highway connects Berlin with Munich.
