Russia has charged four men with committing an act of terrorism for the attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 137 people, which was claimed by the Islamic State group. The accused, Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Muhammadsobir Fayzov, were shown in a video being brought to court, with injuries including blackened eyes and missing or severed body parts. Mirzoyev and Rachabalizoda admitted guilt, and all four will be held in pre-trial detention until at least 22 May.
