A study conducted by Bristol City Council and the University of Bristol\'s Tobacco and Alcohol Research Group found that offering alcohol-free beer on draught in pubs and bars led to a decrease in alcoholic beer sales by 4% to 5% without affecting revenue. This change increased non-alcoholic beer sales without negatively impacting pub earnings. Matt Lambert from the World Cancer Research Fund highlighted the health benefits of choosing alcohol-free options, although he cautioned about the variation in sugar and calories, suggesting smaller sizes for healthier consumption.
