Brazilian former footballer Robinho, who was previously sentenced to nine years in prison in Italy for a group sexual assault, has now been ordered by judges in Brazil to serve his sentence in his home country. The Brazilian court\'s Superior Court of Justice voted 9-2 to validate his conviction. Robinho, 40, has denied any wrongdoing and maintains that his relations with the woman were consensual. He surrendered his passport to Brazilian authorities in 2021 and may still appeal the ruling. Robinho will reportedly be incarcerated in Brazil following Italian authorities\' request for extradition.
