Science

A volcano in Iceland erupted on Saturday for the fourth time since December, with fountains of molten rock soaring from fissures in the ground. Evacuations are taking place in Grindavik, and the Blue Lagoon spa in the vicinity has been evacuated. Reykjavik\'s Keflavik Airport remained open with no reported flight disruptions. The Icelandic Meteorological Office confirmed the eruption on the Reykjanes peninsula, expressing concerns that the fissure eruptions could continue for decades.
