Two new sculptures will be installed on Trafalgar Square\'s Fourth Plinth - Tschabalala Self\'s \"Lady In Blue\" paying homage to a metropolitan woman of colour in 2026 and Andra Ursuta\'s life-sized horse and rider covered in a shroud in 2028. The sculptures were selected from a shortlist of seven and will join the esteemed collection of public artworks displayed on the Fourth Plinth since 1999.
