The charity ship Open Arms, carrying almost 200 tonnes of food, left Cyprus for Gaza after a delay. The UN estimates 25% of Gaza\'s population is at risk of starvation. Israel has been accused of blocking aid to Gaza, but the Israeli government denies any limits on aid. Gaza has seen displacement of its population with many lacking food and medical supplies. The US military is also sending aid to Gaza. UNICEF reports children are dying of starvation in Gaza amidst the crisis.
