The Oglala Sioux Tribe in South Dakota has banned Governor Kristi Noem from the Pine Ridge Reservation after she made comments about wanting to send razor wire and security personnel to Texas to deter immigration and claimed cartels were infiltrating the state\'s reservations. Tribe President Frank Star Comes Out accused Noem of using the border issue to boost her chances of becoming Donald Trump\'s running mate. He also criticized her for referring to a gang called the Ghost Dancers, which he said was insulting to the tribe as it is a sacred ceremony.
