Three people were injured in a knife attack at Paris\'s Gare de Lyon railway station. The suspect has been arrested, but his nationality has not been revealed. The motive behind the attack is unknown. One person suffered serious injuries while two others were lightly wounded. The area between halls one and three of the railway station was temporarily inaccessible due to the incident. Security has been tightened in Paris ahead of the Olympic Games in July.
