Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, accused President Vladimir Putin of mocking Christianity by trying to force Navalny\'s mother to agree to a secret funeral after his death in a penal colony. Navalnaya stated that authorities in the Arctic town of Salekhard threatened to bury Navalny on prison grounds if his mother did not agree. Navalnaya condemned Putin\'s actions and accused him of killing Navalny, despite his portrayal as a devout Orthodox Christian.
