Russian-American Woman Arrested in Russia for Funding Ukrainian Military

A 33-year-old woman with dual US-Russian citizenship, identified as Ksenia Karelina, has been arrested by Russia\'s Federal Security Service (FSB) in Yekaterinburg for allegedly collecting funds for the Ukrainian military since February 2022. The FSB stated that the money raised was used to purchase tactical medicine, equipment, weapons, and ammunition for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The woman also participated in pro-Ukraine rallies in the United States. If found guilty of high treason, she faces up to life imprisonment.
