Israeli snipers allegedly shoot dead people trying to leave Gaza hospital

Doctors and medical officials in southern Gaza claim that Israeli snipers have shot dead a number of people who were trying to leave the Nasser Medical Complex. The hospital, located in the city of Khan Younis, has been at the center of an ongoing Israeli military assault. The Israeli military has ordered the evacuation of hospital staff, patients, and displaced people sheltering inside. Despite the military\'s claim of providing a secure route for civilians to leave, at least eight people attempting to escape were reportedly shot and injured.
