A Russian IL-76 military transport aircraft carrying 65 Ukrainian Prisoners of War (POWs) crashed in the Belgorod region of Russia. The POWs were being transported for an exchange. The aircraft crashed on its right wing and caught fire. Russia claims the plane was carrying POWs, while local media in Ukraine suggests that it was carrying missiles. Russia\'s parliament speaker accuses Kyiv of shooting down the plane. An investigation team and emergency services are working at the crash site.
