Thirteen people have been confirmed dead in a fire that occurred in a school dormitory in Fangcheng county, Nanyang city, Henan province, China. The fire was reported at 11 pm on Friday and was quickly extinguished by rescuers. One person was injured and is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
