The group has blamed Israel for the assassination, stating that the attack will not undermine their resistance. The blast, believed to be carried out by an Israeli drone, killed four people. Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has vowed to retaliate against any Israeli targeting of Palestinian officials. Israeli officials have declined to comment on the incident.
