Actor Alec Baldwin has been indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge in relation to the death of the producer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust. Forensic tests have concluded that Baldwin would have had to pull the trigger to fire the live round, contradicting his claim that he only pulled back the hammer. Baldwin\'s lawyers have stated that they look forward to their day in court. This is the second time Baldwin has been charged in connection with the incident.
