Yemens Houthi rebels have shown no signs of ending their attacks on commercial ships in the Red Sea, according to the top commander of US naval forces in the Middle East. Operation Prosperity Guardian, an international maritime mission to protect vessels in the vital waterway, has seen over 1,200 merchant ships travel through the region without being hit by drone or missile strikes. Additional countries, including Denmark, are expected to join the mission. Since the operation began, five warships from the US, France, and the UK have shot down 17 drones and four anti-ship ballistic missiles.
