A rapper has been jailed and sponsors of Russias top stars have cancelled contracts after attending an almost naked party organized by blogger Anastasia Nastya Ivleeva. The party, held in Moscows Mutabor nightclub, featured well-known singers and entertainers in various states of undress. President Vladimir Putin is reportedly unamused by the party, which took place during wartime and while Russia is pushing a conservative social agenda. Rapper Nikolai Vacio Vasilyev was jailed for 15 days and fined 200,000 roubles for promoting non-traditional sexual relations. Ivleeva, who attended the party wearing jewelry worth 23 million roubles, has issued public apologies.
